1. Where We Ship

We currently provide reliable delivery to the United States, Australia, and the European Union.
  • EU Countries Covered: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
  • Note on Remote Areas: Currently, we cannot deliver to remote locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and European dependent islands

2. Shipping Rates & Plans

We offer flexible shipping options to fit your needs:
  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders over $59.
  • Small Orders: A flat rate of $8.99 applies to orders between $0 and $58.99.
  • Expedited Shipping: Need it faster? Choose our priority service for $12.99.

3. Estimated Delivery Time (After Shipping)

Standard Shipping (estimated):
  • United States: 5–7 business days
  • EU & Australia: 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping (estimated):
  • All Regions: 3–6 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or peak seasons.

4. Carriers

To ensure the best service, we partner with industry leaders including USPS, UPS, FedEx. The carrier for your order will be automatically selected based on your
location and the fastest service available.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

6. Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at service@zenvixer.com. Changes are not guaranteed once the order has shipped.

7. If Your Package Says “Delivered” But You Can’t Find It

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
However, we are happy to assist by helping you contact the carrier and investigate the issue when possible.
